Google Analytics is the enterprise-class web analytics solution that gives you rich insights into your website traffic and marketing effectiveness. Powerful, flexible and easy-to-use features now let you see and analyze your traffic data in an entirely new way. With Google Analytics, you’re more prepared to write better-targeted ads, strengthen your marketing initiatives and create higher converting websites.

Google has changed the feel of the google analytics where site overlay is replaced by in-page analytics, a visual site overlay analysis of your site. This new new “In-Page Analytics” view offers a far more visual experience for analyzing your analytics data, as bubbles are now overlayed on top of every link on your site. These bubbles that show the percentage and number of clicks the link attracted and allow you to dig deeper into your data if you choose to do so.

Still described as beta by google because of some bugs however, this feature looks and works great as advertised when analysing your site links and traffic. You can find this new feature in the “Content” section on Google Analytics.

You can read more about In-Page in the Google Analytics Help Center and as Trevor Claiborne says “Let us know what you think and how you’re using it!”.
